Experian Consumer Services is hiring a Senior UX Content Strategist to join our Customer Experience team to collaborate with a cross-functional product team to create experiences that delight customers and achieve our goals. This position will work with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and partners to plan and implement the creation of direct-to-consumer financial products. Beyond individual team projects, this position help define, develop, and document tools and processes that have strategic benefit across the organization.

Lead Kognity’s AI-first media strategy and define how cutting-edge tools and workflows shape the future of educational content. Build and develop a high-performing, future-ready in-house media team with deep expertise in AI, animation, interactive content, and video. Ensure pedagogical excellence and consistency across all media by setting high standards, applying user insights, and shaping our media styles and governance. Oversee tools and systems to enable scalable, efficient media production across teams and suppliers.
